What data we process

The website has no user accounts and no dedicated database of personal data. We obtain personal data mainly when you contact us by email.

Limited technical data may also be processed to operate the website.

The website does not use Google Analytics or any marketing or advertising tracking tools.

Email communication

If you contact us at info@12servis.cz, we process the data you provide us. This typically includes:

• your name,
• your email address,
• your company name and job title,
• the content of your message,
• any other information you provide in connection with your inquiry.

We use this data to handle your inquiry, communicate about our services, and, where relevant, negotiate a contract.

Depending on the nature of the communication, the legal basis is in particular:

• Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, or performance of a contract,
• or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in handling routine business communication.

We do not automatically add contact details obtained from an inquiry to bulk marketing communication.

Website traffic statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregated traffic statistics (such as page view counts). This service does not use cookies or localStorage and does not create individual or advertising profiles of visitors.

We use Google Search Console to manage the website's presence in search results. This service is not used to individually track website visitors, and its DNS-based verification does not add any analytics or advertising script to the pages.

Cookies and similar technologies

In its current configuration, the website does not use analytics or marketing cookies.

Where only strictly necessary technical cookies or similar means required for the website to function are used, their use does not require the visitor's prior consent.

For this reason, the website in its current configuration does not use a cookie banner for consent to analytics or marketing cookies.

If we start using technologies that require visitor consent in the future, we will update this information and the way consent is obtained accordingly.

Technical data and server logs

The technical operation of the website is provided by DesignBeat on its own server physically located in the Czech Republic.

In the course of normal website operation, server access and error logs may be generated containing technical data needed for the safe and reliable operation of the website. These records may include in particular:

• the device's IP address,
• the date and time of the request,
• the requested URL,
• the HTTP status,
• technical information about the browser or device,
• where applicable, the referrer and information related to errors or security events.

This data is used in particular to:

• ensure the security of the website,
• diagnose technical issues,
• protect against misuse,
• ensure the operability of the server.

The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the website.

Access to these server logs, as part of technical administration, is limited to DesignBeat.

Server logs are kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated above, according to the hosting provider's configuration.

Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console to manage the website's presence in Google Search results.

Ownership of the domain is verified through a DNS record. This verification does not add any analytics or advertising script to the pages and is not used to individually track website visitors.

Google Search Console provides us mainly with aggregated information about how the website appears in Google Search, for example:

• which search queries the pages appear for,
• the number of impressions in search results,
• the number of clicks,
• the average position of pages,
• information about indexing and the technical status of the website.

Google Search Console is not Google Analytics, and we do not deploy analytics cookies on the website because of its use.

Service providers and recipients

The following providers, in particular, may be involved in operating the website:

• DesignBeat — provides hosting and technical administration of the website on its own server located in the Czech Republic. To the extent it processes technical data on behalf of 12servis in providing these services, it acts as a data processor.
• Email service provider — operates the info@12servis.cz address. Its exact identity is not yet stated in this document.

These providers may process data only to the extent necessary to provide their services and in accordance with the terms of the relevant contractual relationship. 12servis s.r.o. remains the data controller at all times.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Hosting of the website by DesignBeat takes place on a server located in the Czech Republic. Based on confirmed information, hosting of this website therefore does not involve any transfer of server logs outside the EU/EEA.

For the email service, any transfer outside the EU/EEA is governed by the terms of the relevant provider and the applicable GDPR requirements; we will update this information once the provider's identity is confirmed.

Security

The website operates over a secure HTTPS connection. Administration of the hosting environment takes place through Plesk, with access limited to authorized persons.

Retention period

Personal data obtained through email communication is kept for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and any related business communication.

If a contractual relationship is established, some data may also be kept for the period required by law or as necessary to protect our legal claims.

The retention period for server access and error logs is described above under Technical data and server logs.

Your rights

In connection with the processing of personal data, and subject to the conditions set out in GDPR, you have in particular the right:

• to access your personal data,
• to rectification of inaccurate data,
• to erasure of personal data,
• to restriction of processing,
• to object to processing,
• to data portability, where the applicable conditions are met.

Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that the processing of your personal data breaches applicable law, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic.

Automated decision-making and profiling

The website does not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
